The purpose of the Elite Academy extends far beyond organizing league competition. As the operator of both the Elite Academy (EA) and the MLS NEXT Academy Division, our responsibility is to help shape the future of youth soccer in the United States.
We exist to elevate clubs by raising standards, holding those standards accountable, and improving the day-to-day environment in which players, coaches, and clubs develop. Every decision we make is centered on creating a healthier, more professional, and more sustainable landscape for youth soccer.
