The goal of the EA National Talent ID program is to identify top elite talent from within the EA and provide extra opportunities and exposure to compete at a higher level. Through the National Talent ID program, selected U13, U14, U15, U16 players will compete annually at the MIC Cup in Barcelona, Spain. The EA will also host two National Talent ID Centers (West and East events) for players that clubs recommend at the 10th and 11th grade years of high school, selected players will train with college coaches at the National College Talent ID Center sponsored by the EA. The EA is focused on providing extra pathways where players can gain additional experience and exposure.

INTERNATIONAL TALENT ID CENTER INFORMATION

The Elite Academy International Talent ID teams will compete annually at the prestigious MICFootball tournament in Barcelona, Spain, on the world stage with U13, U14, U15, and U16 age groups.
The EA players will be selected through club nominations and scouting selections at EA Regional and National Events.

NATIONAL TALENT ID CENTER INFORMATION

The Elite Academy will host a National Talent ID Center for 2025 and 2026 players in the 2024-2025 season to assist with college exposure.

The EA will invest in bringing in selected top college D1, D2, D3, and NAIA coaches from around the country to work with these players
